In 1999, with Angelo Cirimele and Alexandre Thumerelle, we launched Magazine, a magazine about magazines. We set a strict cover structure and interior grid, which stayed the same each issue, but with a complete change of typeface. After art directing the first two years, we decided to let a different designer oversee each issue, with the rule of keeping the grid but changing the font.
