administrative studio assistant

Looking to add an open minded and flexible individual with an eye for detail and design and who is eager to take on challenges. 

Duties 

Will include but are not limited to :

Assist with overseeing accounts/ finance (Orders management,  follow-up of invoicing in connection with providers and accounting, assisting team with all accountancy duties.

Provide organisational and administrative support to the director and team: manage/assist for the diaries, answer telephone and door, client meeting set ups, courier bookings, book travels, arrange/assist with planning company events, ordering stationery/materials/studio consumables etc., ensures the workstation and surrounding area is well organised.

Provide assistance for shootings.

Obtaining sign-offs, delivering artwork to proofs and ensuring that proofs are signed off by all relevant parties.

Skills

Extremely organised 

Able to multitask

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Familiarity with Macintosh OS

Strong Excel Ical, Powerpoint, Keynote

Fluent French, both written and spoken, and English working proficiency
